What time does the Sept. 26 ride start?
The departure time is the clearest detail: 12 p.m./noon.
The organizer's current page is inconsistent about the gathering time. Its event-specific “Next ride” section says 10 a.m. gathering, while general ride instructions elsewhere on the same page say San Francisco rides gather at 11 a.m.. Both sections agree on the noon start.
Until the organizer reconciles that discrepancy, anyone who wants time to prepare before the ride should treat 10 a.m. as the safer arrival target rather than risk arriving after the group has begun staging.
Where does the World Naked Bike Ride start?
The Sept. 26 ride is scheduled to gather at Rincon “Cupid's Arrow” Park along the Embarcadero at Folsom Street.
That location gives riders easy access to the waterfront and central-city streets, but the organizer has not yet published the exact sequence of streets for 2026.

Do you have to be naked?
No. The organizer explicitly says there is no nudity requirement and uses the phrase “bare as you dare.” Participants can ride clothed.

Can weather cancel the ride?
